Eating Out

Should you wish to eat out there's some great restaurants in and around the local area.

The Storehouse RestaurantThe Storehouse Restaurant

The Storehouse at Foulis

Situated in the Highlands of Scotland on the shore of the Cromarty Firth with outstanding views over to the Black Isle, The Storehouse offers relaxed dining throughout the day and a fabulous shop packed full of local farm produce and gifts for your home. We recommend for breakfast, lunch or an early dinner. Make sure you're hungry as the portions are generous!

There is also a local museum to visit which has its own website.

The Red Poppy RestaurantThe Red Poppy Restaurant

The Red Poppy, Strathpeffer

Opened in 2006 in the Historic Strathpeffer Pavilion by Lorraine and Nick Aburrow. You will find only the finest locally sourced ingredients at the Red Poppy. A must for lunch or dinner.

They also specialize in outside catering for large parties and are the chosen restaurant for all weddings held in the historic Strathpeffer Pavilion. Also great before a concert, music festival or live performance often held at the pavilion.

Café India

Situated in the heart of Dingwall, Cafe India has encompassed the authentic taste of India for nearly 15 years. The menus offer a wide range of succulent and spicy Tandoori food from the wild North West frontier in the shade of the icy Himalayas to the Goa Fish Cutlet from the exotic sun drenched lotus land of the South.
